Dit is wat jij gaat doen

  • Setting up and operating production machines: You accurately set up machines according to production specifications and ensure they run safely and efficiently. Small adjustments? No problem—you keep the production process running smoothly!

  • Checking raw materials and supplies: You inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, prepare them correctly for production, and report any deviations or shortages in time.

  • Contributing to quality and safety: You work according to all safety regulations, help achieve quality standards, and identify opportunities for improvement. You actively participate in training sessions and instructions to keep your knowledge up to date.

  • Identifying and resolving malfunctions: You quickly detect issues or irregularities in the production process and take immediate action where possible. For more complex malfunctions, you collaborate with colleagues or the technical department to get production back on track as soon as possible.

Dit is wat jij nodig hebt

  • MBO-level work and thinking, preferably with experience in the food industry
  • Independent and structured worker with attention to quality and safety
  • Good command of Dutch or English
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (4:00–13:30 / 13:15–21:45 / 21:30–5:00)
