Vacancy: Operator (Trainee) – Bakery- Location: Avenhorn
- Full-time / Part-time | 3-shift rotation, 7 days/week
- Salary on Sundays up to €33.56 gross/hour (excluding 8.33% holiday allowance and bonus)
Bakery Pater B.V. in Avenhorn is currently seeking motivated candidates for the position of Operator (in training). Experience is not required – we provide full on-the-job training. From your very first day, you will receive the salary of an experienced operator.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in a professional production environment, contributing to the production of high-quality bakery products. Your work will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

- Operate and adjust machinery
- Perform quality checks and document results
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
